Snow Day

We woke up to snow. Enough snow to cancel daycare. Ned stayed home until afternoon practice. He and the kids decided to brave the outside. Actually, he and Samantha did. Jack really can't tell us what he wants to do--we just make his decisions for him. And before my mom sees this and freaks out, of course we wrapped them up good. Each kid had on several layers of clothes.

Of course all that walking outside required a lot of energy. As did the snow angels. Here's a video of those. Notice Jack isn't really moving--he's passed out.

Needless to say, with the kids home all day, it was impossible to get a lot of work accomplished. As my girl Scarlett said, "tomorrow's another day."
